RINEHART – On March 26, 1974, at 1:30 p.m. at York Hospital, Luther M. Rinehart, husband of the late Lettie Krebs Rinehart, formerly of Glen Rock, aged 82 years, 2 months, 10 days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral Friday at 2 p.m. from the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. Interment in St. Jacob's (Stone) Church Cemetery, near Glenville.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7 to 9.

Luther M. Rinehart

GLEN ROCK – Luther M. Rinehart, 82, formerly of Glen Rock, husband of the late Mrs. Lettie Krebs Rinehart, died Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at York Hospital, where he had been a patient eight weeks.
Mr. Rinehart, a retired farmer and life-long area resident, resided the past seven years with a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis F. Rinehart, Glenville.
He was born in Carroll County, Md., the son of the late Henry and Amanda Herbst Rinehart. He was a member of the Lutheran Congregation of St. Jacob’s (Stone) Union Church, near Glenville, and Glen Rock Hose and Ladder Co.
Surviving are four other sons, LeRoy L. Rinehart, New Freedom; Elwood H. Rinehart, 73 York St., Spring Grove; Willis E. Rinehart, Jefferson; and Millard W. Rinehart, Fairfield, Calif.; 22 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson.
The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. from the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. The Rev. Richard C. Weaver, Mr. Rinehart’s pastor, will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Dr. Kenneth S. Ehrhart, Hanover, a former pastor. Burial will be in St. Jacob’s Church Cemetery.
