PATTERSON -- Mrs. Essie Lee Watson Morgan, 88, died March 18 at Satilla Regional Medical Center. The Telfair County native had lived in Waycross for 36 years prior to moving to Pierce County several years ago. A member of Grace Ministries in Waycross, she was the widow of Berry Morgan.
SURVIVORS: six daughters, Juanita Harrison of Lyons, Lavada Teston of Patterson, Faye Allmond of Rome, Ga., Jean Landrum, Jeanette Bell and Bobby Buck, all of Waycross; two sons, Parnell Morgan of Fernandina Beach, Fla., and Berry Morgan Sr. of Patterson; a sister, JoBell Clements of Dublin, Ga.; and several other relatives.
FUNERAL: 3 p.m. Monday at Pearson-Treadwell Funeral Home, burial in Ramah Cemetery near Blackshear -Savannah Now, March 2000
