HALLS - Services for Arthur Foley, 66, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, at Hampton Funeral Home in Barbourville, KY. Burial will follow at Rickett Branch Cemetery.

Mr. Foley, a retired Anderson-Hickey Manufacturing Co. employee, died Sunday, January 26, 1997 at HCA Regional Hospital of Jackson from heart failure.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Foley of Halls; a daughter Susie McBride of Dyersburg; four sisters, Billie Jo Bays of Artemus, KY, Barbara Henderson and Bertha Sowder, both of Barbourville, KY, Alma Carr of Arcaida, FL; two brothers, James of Barbourville, KY, Hubert of Las Cruces, NM.
