Fannie Housand Todd

CONWAY | Fannie Housand Todd, 93, wife of the late Leon D. Todd Sr. and of the Shell section of Horry County, died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003 at Conway Nursing Center following an illness.

Mrs. Todd was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Buck and Eliza Barnhill Housand. She was predeceased by a daughter, Gladieth Chestnut and a grandson, Stan Todd. Mrs. Todd was lifetime member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Jack Todd and his wife, Libby, of Florence, and Donnie Todd and his wife, Deborah, of Conway; two daughters, Elois Gore and her husband, Brooks, of Jacksonville, Fla. and Merle Parker and her husband, Harlyn, of Kingsland, Ga.; one brother, Claude Housand of Conway; ten grandchildren and several great and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday from Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Kinlaw officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery, directed by Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel.

Memorials may be sent to Bethlehem Baptist Church, 5201 Hwy. 905, Conway, SC 29526 or to the charity of one's choice.
