Pitt Abbit, a former resident of Moingona, was in some manner killed by the
Interurban cars in Des Moines one day last week. We have not learned any
particulars. The remains were brought to Moingona Saturday evening and the
funeral was held at the Quincy church Sunday afternoon, burial in the Quincy
cemetery, beside his father and mother. He leaves to mourn his death his wife
and two brothers, Hark and Clark Abbit, of Moingona.
