Moses L. Abrams.,75 of Essexville, Michigan died Monday, March 24, 1975 at Samaritan Hospital. Born June 15, 1899 in Essexville, Mich. he is survived by his wife Elfreda, 2 sons; 2 daughters; 2 brothers, Walter of Bay City and Wayne of Hale, Mich.; a sister Mrs. Sybil Portelance of Bay City, also 14 grandchildren.
Mr. Abrams was retired from the Great Lakes Pittsburg Steamship Co. from 1927 until 1963 as Ass't Marine Eng. He also was a member of the Bailey Lodge I.O.O.F. and Bay Lodge F.& M 190, U.S. Merchant Marine Coast Guard since 1941. Also a member of the M.E.B.A. District 2 and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 27, 1975 at 1:30 p.m. from Squires Funeral Home with the Bishop Kenneth C.D. Lampinen officiating with burial in Floral Gardens Cemetery.
