Widow of Mose J. Portelance died suddenly Sunday evening, September 6, 1987 at her home, age 82 years. Sybil F. Abrams was born January 8, 1905 in Essexville. Surviving are one son and daughter both of Bay City; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Mrs. Portelance was predeceased by her husband, Mose in 1982 and by a daughter Norma in 1965.
Funeral and committal service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, Sept 10,1987 at the Ware-Smith-Woolover & Co. Funeral Homes -Squires Chapel, 211 N. Henry St. Rev. Carter W. Preston will officiate with burial in Green Ridge Cemetery.
