Mrs. Maggie Ingram, 80, of Route 2 Hazel Green (Maytown) died Saturday, March 2, following an extended illness. She was the widow of the late Dorsey Ingram and was a member of the Church of God and Ezel Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.
Born June 8, 1893, at Maytown, she was a daughter of the late Willie and Nancy Sexton Ward.
Mrs. Ingram is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Katherine Mays of Ezel; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Nickell of Cincinnati; four grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 1pm Tuesday at the Potter Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. John Oldfield, Jr. and Rev. Glen Lawson. Burial was in the Ingram Cemetery at Maytown, Potter Funeral Home in charge.
Eastern Star rites were conducted at the funeral home at 7pm Monday by members of the Ezel Chapter.
