Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie F. CALAWAY, 80, 1023 Monroe street, who died at 11:40 a.m. Friday (August 14, 1970) in Woodlawn hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Foster & Good funeral home. The Rev. C. J. MOWRER will officiate and burial will be in the Plainview Cemetery at Macy. Friends may call at the funeral home. Mrs. Calaway had been a patient at Woodlawn for four weeks before her death. Born May 5, 1890 in Maytown, Ky., she was the daughter of William and Nancy SEXTON WARD. She had lived in this area for 50 years, moving here from Maytown. She was married to Clay PIERATT, who preceded in death. She was married to James M. NICKELL, who also preceded in death. She was married to Otto CALAWAY, who also preceded in death. She was a member of the Women of the Moose of Plymouth. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Irene HOOKER and Mrs. Van (Helen) KELLY, both of Rochester; five sons, Omer PIERATT, Peru; Elwood PIERATT, R.R. 4, Rochester; Harvey NICKELL, R.R. 6, Rochester; Ward NICKELL and Billy NICKELL, both of Logansport; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Maggie INGRAM of Ezel, Ky., and Lillie NICKELL of Cincinnati, O. Three sisters preceded in death.
