Horace was alive as of 31 Jul 1898 when he took delivery of some divorce paperwork for his sister-in-law, Antionette 'Nettie' A. Tipton Lewis. Nettie's first husband, James Henry Lewis, pertitioned for custody of their 3-4 children. James lived in Kosciusko, MS and filed the papers there. Horace was served with the summons which had the names of Wm Philip Dubard & Horace Dubard listed.
Horace was NOT listed on the 1900 Census, Thomastown, Leake Co, MS with his parents; so I am assuming he died between 1898 & 1900.
