NELLIE MAY ANDREWS, 95, of 1036 Brinker Drive, died Monday, Aug. 3, 1998, at Coffman Nursing Home, Hagerstown.
Born May 5, 1903, in Lydia, Md., she was the daughter of the late Alberta and Martha Ann Danner Stouffer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Robert Andrews Sr., in 1986.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, the Temple Builders Class and Golden Membership Club.
She is survived by two daughters, Virginia Benedict of Greencastle, Pa., and Aleda May Andrews of Hagerstown; one son, William I. Andrews of Hagerstown; one grandchild; four great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Earl Robert Andrews Jr.; five sisters; and five brothers.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. The Rev. Robert S. Barton and the Rev. Darryl Zoller will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grace United Methodist Church Building Fund, Church and Winter Streets, Hagerstown, Md. 21740.
