He was the son of Alburtus and Martha Danner Stover.
He was a member of St. James Church of the Brethren.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Frances Jordan Stover; son, Milton H. Stover, Williamsport; three grandchildren; brother, Ferdinand A., Tilghmanton; and sisters, Mrs. Bessie Burgan, Baltimore; and Mrs. Nellie Andrews, Hagerstown.
Services Sunday at 2 pm at Leaf Funeral Home, Williamsport, the Rev. J. Rowland Reichard officiating. Burial in Manor Cemetery, Tilghmanton.
