Clem Douglas, 76, died last night at his home in Liberty. He was the father of 16 children, all of whom are living. Surviving are his wife, Lucy Douglas; nine sons, William of Buffalo, Harry of Letart Falls, Ohio, D.J. of South Charleston, Henry of Dunbar, George of Kanawha City, Farley, Minor, Charles and Albert, all of Liberty; seven daughters, Mrs. Ruth Phillips and Mrs. Ona Kolb of Charleston, Mrs. Ina Smith and Gatha Thomas of Dunbar, Mrs. Lizzie Sanders of Red House, Mrs. Wava Gerwig of St. Albans and Miss Audrey Douglas, at home.
