Her death certificate has the wrong mother listed. Her HUSBAND'S mother (Rebecca Arrowood) is written in as her mother. All other information is typed in and Frank Buckner (her son Elyotte Frank Buckner) is the informant; it is possible he did not know the name at the time the report was filed and either he or someone else provided the information later. Keziah Champion Drake is Sarah's mother.
