Daughter of the late James Baxter and Mary Jane Lunsford Davis, she was a registered nurse with the Kern County Health Department in Bakersfield, California, for over 40 years, retiring in 1972. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was survived by her husband, Everett LeMaster; two daughters, Shirley Ann Boling and andra Sue Curtin; three sisters, Vista Belle Miller, Eulada Jane Hanks and Alice Hyatt; three brothers, Oid Davis, Sam Drury Davis and Rex Davis; four grandchildren; and an extended family of relatives. Her funeral was held on June 3, 2009.
