Deceased Name: Rufine R. Pharr Linn Grove - 1919-2000
Rufine R. Pharr, 81, of Linn Grove, a member of First Missionary Church, died Friday, Dec. 29, 2000, at Adams County Memorial Hospital, Decatur. The Adams County native was co-owner of Pharr's Bargain Barn in Linn Grove. Surviving are her husband, Howard; a son, Derryle of Berne; daughters Dixie Pharr of Linn Grove and Diana Foust of Berne; sisters Dessie Neuenschwander and Corrine Moser, both of Berne, Helen Augsburger of Muncie and Irene Phillips of Fort Wayne; a brother, Milton Habegger of Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and 14 step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Aldine Habegger. Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Missionary Church, Berne, with calling one hour before services. Calling will also be held from noon to 8 p.m. today at Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Linn Grove.
