HOUSTON - Maylorene Harmon Criddle, 89, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2006, at Trace Regional Hospital in Houston. She was born Nov. 14, 1917, in Chickasaw County to Vera Gann Harmon and William Harmon. She was a member of Fairview Church of God of Prophecy.

Services were held Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006 at Houston Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Brock officiating. Burial followed in Chickasaw Memorial Gardens in Houston.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry and Janice Criddle, and Tommy and Teresa Criddle, all of Houston; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Clayton Criddle, on March 2, 1992; and by her parents.

Pallbearers were Barry Criddle, Jonah Jackson, Jordan Jackson, Dwayne Jackson, Len Price and Chris Smith.
