Mark Leo Conroy was born in Fairmont February 24, 1883, and died at his home west of McCool Junction, Tuesday, July 21, 1914, of tetanus, the result of an accidental knife cut in his leg, received about two weeks previously.
Mr. Conroy was married to Miss Margaret Neville of York county, January 9, 1907, who, with three children, survive to mourn his early death. One child died in infancy.
Funeral services were held Thursday morning at ten o'clock from the Fairmont Catholic church and interment made in the Fairmont Catholic cemetery.
