She married Thomas Hix, and they moved out to Colorado, for a while operating a hardware store in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
They had a daughter named Tommie, who later married Myron Brannick. They also had two sons, George and William.
Mary and Tom were living in Tucson, Arizona, at the time of their deaths.
