GEORGE W. CAPLINGER
George W. Caplinger, 76, former resident of the Hillsboro community, who made his home in recent years in Clinton County, died at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Tuesday about 5 A.M. following an operation. He had resided with a son, Gilbert, Wilmington Rt. 4.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, with Rev. J.M. Grange of Bowersville officiating. Burial will be in Hillsboro cemetery.
He is survived by four sons, Gilbert of Wilmington Rt. 4, Wilbur of Xenia, Orville of Connecticut and Arthur near Lynchburg; two daughters, Mrs. Estel Spurgeon of Bowersville and Mrs. Hugh Fawley of Springfield; one brother, Naaman Caplinger of Xenia.
