Jonas A. Graybill of Troutville went to be with the Lord on Sunday October 30, 2005 at the age of 87. He served in the U.S. Army in WWII as well as in the U.S. Navy as a Sea Going Cowboy. He was a devoted and loving husband for 57 years to Betty Webb Graybill. He was well known in the community for his painting which he did for 50 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Price and Kate Graybill, two brothers and four sisters. He is survived by his wife Betty Webb Graybill; son Jimmy Graybill and April (friend); daughter Joan Lunsford; son Terry Graybill; daughters Judy Graybill, Jan Chemelowski and Karen Seuffer Burr; brother Aubry Graybill and his wife Ollie; sister-in-law Geneva Graybill; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
