The Bulloch County native was a member of Pembroke Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Brewton Parker College and was a bookkeeper for the Bank of Statesboro. He retired from Ford Motor Co. after 31 years of service and served as clerk of the City of Pembroke.
Surviving are three sons, Heyward L. and Lattimore Anderson Jr., both of Savannah, and Jack Anderson of Ludowici; three daughters, Mrs. Gloria Cirincione of Savannah, Mrs. Faye Hill of Pembroke and Mrs. Franceska Sanders of Richmond Hill; and 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, burial in North Side Cemetery. Morrison Funeral Home of Pembroke
