ALBANY--Corine Helen Greer, 86, of Albany, IN, went to be with the Lord on Thursday at Albany Health and Rehab.
She was born in Marion, IN, the daughter of George Fredrick and Hazel Josephine (Webb) Aul. On February 12, 1942, she married the love of her life, Ray Greer, who preceded her in death on February 1, 2004.
She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dunkirk, IN. She enjoyed being active in the church and participating in church bazaars. She enjoyed arts, crafts, and sewing. She also enjoyed helping her husband on the family farm. She worked for the Ball Store furniture department for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray Greer; a daughter, Carolyn Sue McLaughlin; two brothers, Robert and Norman Aul; and two sisters, Thelma Columbus and Lucille Barnes.
A Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dunkirk. Fr. Dave Newton will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be on Friday from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North SR 3, Muncie.
