He is survived by three sons, William Frank Willis of Havre de Grace, James Arthur Willis of Wytheville, VA and Charles Edward Willis of Glen Bernie; four daughters, Mrs. Minnie Beidelman of Aberdeen, Mrs. Kattie Benson of Churchville, Mrs. Virginia Stockson of Aberdeen and Mrs. Ruby Catallo of NY; sixteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Monday, May 11, at 11am from the Pennington & Son Funeral Home in Havre de Grace, with Rev. Roy Turner, officiating. Interment was in Bel Air Memorial Gardens. The pallbearers were Winston Treadway, R.L. Weddle, James Catron, Madison Daugherty, Marco Hawkins and John Stockson.
