Clara Olson was born in Highland Prairie, MN April 7, 1874 and died May 11, 1964. She attended Mankato Normal and taught several years. She later attended business college in LaCrosse, Wisc. She became associated with her father and brother in the mercantile business in Brookings, S.D. In 1928 she moved to South St. Paul, Minn to live with her sister, Eva Olson. She finally lived at Luther Hall in Minneapolis.She is survived by her nephews Edward and Gordon Olson, Victor and Andrus Norman, Obel and Ralph Anderson and her nieces Clarissa and Elsie Norman and Alvia Iverson, and several grandnieces and grandnephews. She is buried in the Greenwood Cemetery in Brookings,S.D.
