R. Burrows Dies at 62
R.G. Burrows, 62, of Red Bluff, died Saturday morning at the Franklin Hospital in San Francisco of cancer.
A member of the pioneer Burrow [sic] family in Glenn County, he was born and raised in Willows. Formerly a rancher-farmer in the Glenn County area, he established residence in Tehama County where he became engaged in farming-ranching enterprises.
He is survived by his wife, Elda of Red Bluff; two children, Margaret Studebaker of Red Bluff, and Bill Burrows of Millville; five grandchildren a great grandchild and a brother, Bernie Burrows of Chrome.
Funeral services will be held at the Fickert Funeral Home in Red Bluff with interment in the Red Bluff Cemetery.

A cattleman for the past 24 years here, Burrows is survived by his wife, Elda; a son, Bill Burrows of Millville, a daughter, Margaret Studebaker of Red Bluff; a brother Burney [Bernie\ Burrows of Elk Creek; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was a member of the Tehama County Cattleman's Association and the Tehama County Fram [sic] Bureau.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at Fickert & Pascoe Mortuary. Interment will be at the family plot, Oak Hill Cemetery.
