A lifelong rancher
A graveside service for Bernie B. Burrows, 83, of Chrome, will be held today at 10 a.m. in Chrome Cemetery. He died Saturday, July 3, 1993 in a Chico hospital.
Mr. Burrows was born January 19, 1910, in Chrome. He worked the family cattle ranch his entire life.
He is survived by a daughter, Betty Ferreira of Princeton; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. His wife, Irene, preceded him in death in 1988.
Visitation was held Tuesday at the F. D. Sweet and Son Mortuary in Orland, who handled the arrangements. – Transcribed by E.
