John George Bott, 54, son of Peter and Kathryn Brehm Bott, was born July 11, 1905 and died April 9, 1960. In March 1912 he moved with his parents to a farm near Alexander. After his high school graduation he was hired to teach in a country school south of Shaffer where he taught for 4 years and then taught 4 more years at Timken. On August 18, 1929 he was united in marriage to Clara Irvin, Alexander and to this union was born one son, Robert. He was preceded in death by his parents and and older brother, William. He is survived by his wife, his son, two brothers, Fred and Henry, tree sisters, Mrs. Alice Boese, Mary and Magdoline Bott, Alexander.
