Helen Mills Barger passed away Feb 5, 1993, at Highline Community Hospital in Burien, Washington.
She was born June 12, 1922, at Taylor, Weber County, Utah, a daughter of Samuel Mills and Rhoda Lucinda Taggart.
She married Ray Barger, now deceased.
She moved to the Seattle area in the late 40's after graduation from Box Elder High School in Brigham City, Utah.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a member of the Teamsters Union, and retired from the trucking industry.
She is survived by six sisters, Athlene Allred, Jane Poll, Dorothy Bird, Dyan Welch, LaNae Wheatley, and Sharon Messegee; two brothers, Seman Mills and Charles Mills. She is also survived by 30 nieces, 21 nephews, and many great nieces and nephews who loved their Aunt Helen.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 12, 1993, at Yarington Funeral Home in White Center, Washington. Burial will occur at Forest Memorial Gardens in Olympia, Washington.
Helen requested memorials to be sent to the American Lung Association.
