Sandra L Bointy-Tsotigh, 67, of Anadarko, Oklahoma was called home by the Lord on Monday, September 7, 2015 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Sandra was born August 15, 1948 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Vincent Horace Bointy and Rosalia Grace Kauyedauty. Sandra was a loving mother who enjoyed having all her children and grandbabies around her. Her hobbies included: gardening, which she had a complete green thumb, cooking, beadwork, crocheting, knitting, cooking fry bread, attending pow wows, where she was secretary of the Tia-piah society, going to flea markets and garage sales, playing bingo, camping and boating. Anybody that knew Sandra knew that she was a huge Dwayne Johnson "the Rock" fan! She so enjoyed watching him whether in a movie or wrestling. In fact, she had his picture on her desk, front and center. She enjoyed oldies music, looked forward to movie nights, tv shows, such as CSI, NCIS, Lost and loved the Walking Dead. The sci-fi chanel was a hit. She was a Trekkie and watched Star Trek regularly. She was a Dallas Cowboy fan and an avid OU fan. She liked to read, and some of her favorite authors were Stephen King and Dean Koonz. Sandra loved her job and co workers and worked as a probate clerk for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. She enjoyed tribal politics and encouraged her daughter to get involved also. She was a proud member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. Sandra believed in God and was a very spiritual person. She attended the JJ Methvin Church in Anadarko. She loved keeping family members in her home. Her motto was, "the more...the merrier!"
Left to cherish her memories are her 7 daughters: Charlotte G. Bointy and husband, Lee Runkle of Oklahoma City, Georgia K. Bointy and Neva J. Bointy and Traci L. Parton all of Anadarko, Ursula A. Parton of Maryland, Traci Redbird of Anadarko and Brandi Scott of Texas; 2 sons: David Bointy of Carnegie and Rankin Parton of Anadarko; brother, Byron C.
