Thomes E. Austino, 45, 806 E. Hickory St., died in St. Mary's Hospital at 12:01 a.m. today, following a lengthy illness. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday from the Solon Funeral Home, with burial in Riverview cemetery.
Mr. Austino was born in Ransom, June 7, 1937, to the late Charles and Martha (Bedecker) Austino. He resided in Streator and Ransom all of his life. He was formerly employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at St. Mary's Hospital and also formerly owned and operated Tom's Tap in Streator. He was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Preceding him in death were his parents and three brothers, Robert, William and Alfred Austino.
