MRS. AUSTINO PASSES AWAY

Mrs. Martha M. Austino, 61, Ransom, passed away at her home Monday evening following an illness of several years duration.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Winterrowd funeral home with burial in Riverview cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Wednesday until the hour of the service.
Mrs. Austino was born October 3, 1904, in Ransom, daughter of Frank and Augusta (Janke) Bedecker. She married Charles Austino in 1920 in St. Paul's parsonage. She had lived in Ransom all of her life and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
Survivors include four sons, Charles and Thomas, Ransom; Alfred Kinsman; Carmen, Galveston, Texas; and two daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Catherine) Walkey, and Mrs. Harold (Delores) Huber, both of Streator; two sisters, Mrs. Paul (Lillian) Micklos, Streator; and Mrs. Elizabeth Plymire, Ransom.

MRS. AUSINO SERVICES HELD
Funeral services for Mrs. Martha M. Austino, Ransom, who passed away Monday evening, were held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Rev. Edward Gabel, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, officiated at the services and conducted graveside rites in Riverview cemetery.
Mrs. Merrit Setchell sang several selections accompanied by Mrs. Richard Daniels at the organ.
Serving as pallbearers were Harold Huber, Kenneth Walkey, Vernon Derrossett Arthur Higgens, Glenn Saulsberger, and Kenneth Swanson. Serving as flower girls were Mrs. James Persinger, Mrs. Malcom Pylmire, and Miss Sharron Ott.
Many friends and relatives from Ottawa, Ransom, Kinsman, and Streator and the surrounding area attended the services.
