Osborne Lester Henderson was born in Glasgow Howard County Missouri, son of Osborne Henderson and Lucy Sterne. He came to the Newport Kentucky area about 1880 from Missouri with his brother William Eugene Henderson. Osborne Lester Married Mary Elizabeth Cassell - a daughter of John A Cassell and Adelia Spivey Cassell.

1880 Census - we find Osborne Lester Henderson age 15 with family living in Pettis Co Missouri and working as "clerk in drug store". (His father was a Druggist)

Osborne and Mary had two daughters:
Genevieve Henderson b July 6, 1895 married Russell E Forshee - she died in NC 1980
Margaret Henderson b October 1897 married Kenny Crawford - alive after 1950 possibly in KY?
