Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Ridge Funeral Home. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park.
A native of Stokes County, he was retired from Stuart Furniture Co. and was a member of Dover Baptist Church.
Surviving are wife, Mrs. Myrtle Greene Mabe; daughter, Brenda Miller of Asheboro; son, Darrell Mabe of La Coste, Texas; sisters, Edna Brown of Troy, Addis Fagg of Asheboro; brother, Vaughn mabe and Jarvis Mabe, both of Hampton, VA, Raleigh Mabe of Mooresville; two grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home 6:30-8:30 tonight, other times at the home of daughter.
