and brother, William #8610530
and Thomas Nelson
Thomas Nelson#62922135 , Peekskill, N. Y., and was admitted to the bar in Jan. 1845.
He then practised law in Goshen, Orange Co., N. Y.
In Nov. 1845 he visited Europe and remained until July 1846.
Soon after his return, because of the expected absence of his
father, who had been elected a member of Congress, he was persuaded to settle again in Peekskill, where he entered
into partnership with his father and brother, and where he has resided ever since
