Lenora Baum, 85, Douglass, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 1992, at HCA Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Her funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Douglass with Rev. Neal Alford officiating. Burial will be in the Douglass Cemetery.
She was born Dec 12, 1906 in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Albert and Minnie Fisher.
On Sept. 3, 1927 she and Manford Raymond Baum were united in marriage at Douglass. He preceded her in death in 1973.
Together they operated the Baum's Grocery Store in Douglass.
Survivors include two daughters, Marilyn McBride of Douglass and Patricia Fisch of Blanchard, Okla.; two sons Byron Raymond Baum of Leon and Albert Manford Baum of Douglass; four sisters Evelyn Solliz and Alberta Adams, both of Douglass; Mildred Kobiltz of Wellington and Virginia Kerr of Cheney; two brothers, William Irl Fisher and Thomas Orr Fisher, both of Wichita; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorials to the Douglass Library have been suggestged.
The Hillside Mortuary of Wichita is in charge of arrangerments.
