BAXTER Funeral services for Iva Truman Lowe, 88, of Baxter will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, from the Baxter Chapel of Hooper Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home.
Burial will be in New Home Baptist Church Cemetery in the Boma Community, with full military honors conducted by the Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends
after 4 p.m. today, Tuesday, April 29, at the funeral home.
Mr. Lowe died on Monday, April 28, 2003, at his home.
He was born on Sept. 4, 1914, in the Boma Community to the late Solon Grover and Elizabeth Parker Lowe.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II and served in the South Pacific Theatre. Mr. Lowe was a retired plumber and electrician and a member of Buckner Free Will Baptist Church.
