Mrs. Lowe, a native of Smith County, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 1981, in Cookeville General Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Johnny B. and Mary Lou Ashe Parker, and the widow of Folon G. Lowe. She was a member of the first Church of God.
Survivors include two sons, Iva Lowe and Kaye Lowe, both of Boma; three daughters, Mrs. Odell (Ruby) Maxwell of Readyville, Tennessee, Mrs. Arthur (Mae) Birdwell of Baxter and Mrs. Herman (Elsie) Carterof Nashville; nine grandchildren, and 16 greatgrandchildren.
