Sarah Ann and Theora Lucy were daughters born to George Washington and Mary ______ Corey. George was the son of Rufus and Margaret McIntosh Corey of Allegany Co NY and Crawford Co PA.
She married, about 1865, Jacob A. Becker born Ger 1842, who was a farmer.
They had five children, Frank, Alice Ella May,Anna May, Emma Louise and William Jacob. They spent most of their life in NE Ohio. Her sister Sarah Ann married Simon L. McCain. By 1870 they had migrated to Osceola Co MI. The McCains had 9 children.
Both sisters, Theora and Sarah, were one of my biggest, enjoyable challenges in finding and tracking them, enabling that their memorials could be created.
