"Ella Fae Sherman
McAllen - - Ella Fae Sherman, 100, died Sunday at Twinbrook South Nursing Home here.
Sherman, originally from Iowa, lived in McAllen for about 40 years. She was a piano teacher.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, C. L. Collins, of Waterloo, Iowa; her two step-daughters, Mrs. Evril Conyers, of Pierre, S.D.; and Mrs. F. Wayne Sharp, of Convent Station, N.J., and her nephew, Charles Collins, of Waterloo, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace F. Sherman in 1983.
The visitation will be held today from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Virgil Wilson Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Pastor George Hull of Marantha Baptist Church in McAllen will be officiating.
