Paralysis Fatal to Man Who Had Resided Here 40 Years
J. T. French, 67 years old, who had made his home in and near Carthage for about 40 years, died at 11 o'clock last night. Paralysis was the cause of death. He suffered two strokes. He had been in extremely poor health for a long time.
S. C. French of this city is a son.
Seven other children, all of whom are grown, also survive.
Graveside services were conducted by Rev. J. W. Trowbridge.
