Edward O. Neubert

ALGER, May 15 - Edward O. Neubert, 88, Route 1, died at 10 a.m. Sunday in his home. Death was attributed to a heart ailment.

He was born in Hardin-co, Oct. 1, 1861, and was a retired farmer and a member of the First Methodist church here. His wife, Emma, died a year ago.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lucille Shadley, Route 3, Ada; two sons, Justin, Route 1, Ada, and James, Route 1, Alger; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Emmett James, Kenton, and Mrs. Mary Hughes, Route 1, Alger.

Rites will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the First Methodist church with the Rev. Arthur Oliver and Rev. William Myers in charge. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery, Ada. The body will be removed at 10 a.m. Tuesday from Hanson funeral home here to the residence.
