Funeral services for Mrs. Ola Broy, 64, of Ewing, were held at 2:00 p.m., today (Dec. 11, 1974) in the First Baptist Church of Ewing. The Rev. Billy Joe Bobbitt officiated. Burial was in the Ewing Cemetery. Music for the service was provided by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Houchins. Casketbearers were Milton Fohrman, Eldon Gaus, John Wallace, Albert Toliver, Roby Herrivck and Sam Brown. Mrs. Broy died at 2:15 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 8, in Ellis-Fischel Hospital in Columbia. She was born in Green Castle, Mo., on May 15, 1910, a daughter of William Deck and Maude Gormley Williams. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ewing. She married Robert Broy on April 20, 1937, in Ewing. Surviving are the husband,; four brothers, Glenn of Lake City, Mich., Clyde of McBain, Mich., Ted of California and Orville of Hannibal; and two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Johnston of California, and Mrs. Lena Shobe of Warren, Mich. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and a sister. Bill Coder Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
