Services held for Mrs. Claudia Bishop
MAGEE - Services were held at 10 a.m. Friday at Mims Mitchell Funeral Home chapel for Mrs. Claudia R. Bishop, 76, of Magee, who died Wednesday at Baptist Hospital in Jackson following a lengthy illness.
The Rev. Johnny Amason and the Rev. Caley Ray Nichols officiated. Interment was in Sharon Cemetery.
Survivors include four sons, James E. and Wayne Bishop, both of Magee, Earl J. Bishop of El Monte, Calif., and Evon Bishop of Virginia Beach, Va.; a daughter, Mrs. Wilma Sullivan of Magee; 11 grandchildren; five greatgrandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Lorea Amason of Magee and a number of nieces and nephews.
