Anna A. Keranen-Cross, 82, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2005, at St. Luke's Hospital. She was born August 30, 1922, in Atlantic Mine, MI. Anna worked as a nurse at several nursing homes, including Golden Haven and was a member of the Maumee Eagles Auxiliary, Aerie 2562. She loved baseball, horses and strawberries.
Anna is survivived by a daughter and a son; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and her sister, Alma Taylor of Atlantic Mine, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyal B. Cross; her parents and 10 brothers & sisters. Anna was loved by all and will be sadly missed.
Friends are invited to visit from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Saturday, in the Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Avenue, (between Secor and Douglas Roads. Reverend Robert L. Wuellner will officiate. Memorial contributions in memory of Anna, may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
