Keranen - Elmer John Keranen, 750 E. Harriet St., age 36, died Wednesday, January 23, 1952, at Hurley Hospital.
Funeral services will be held from Memorial Chapel, Hancock, Mich. Burial at Atlantic Mine, Michigan.
Mr. Keranen will lie in state at the Brown Funeral Home, 1616 Davison Rd., until Saturday morning when he will be taken to Hancock, Mich.
He came to Flint, Mich. 3 1/2 years ago from Atlantic Mine, Mich. and worked at Buick Motor Division here.
Surviving are: Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Adam Keranen of Atlantic Mine; 5 brothers, Harold Keranen of New Mexico, Mattie Keranen of Flint, George Keranen of Atlantic Mine, Einerd Keranen of Atlantic Mine and Henry Keanen of Mass, Mich; 4 sisters, Mrs. Clarence Coponen of Flint, Mrs. Paul Taylor of Flint, Mrs. Loyal Cross of Toledo, Ohio and Mrs. Emil Karppinen of Tri-Mountain, Mich.
