Daughter of the late Wade Lucian and Isabel Norris Carter, she attended Salemburg Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Elsie Mae Carter and Annie Lee Carter. She was survived by her husband of 52 years, Marvin E. Williamson; two sons, Dale Williamson and Jeff Williamson; two sisters, Margaret Evelyn Carter and Lois Dudley Hopkins; two grandchildren, Nicholas John Williamson and Bailey Lynn Williamson. Her funeral was held on April 7, 2010, with The Rev. William Tew, Jr., officiating.
