Wesley G. Gaddis, 72, of 533 S. Webster street, a resident of Decatur for 45 years, died at 1 pm Wednesday in St. Marys hospital. He had been in the hospital since early spring.
Mr. Gaddis was a retired foreman for the Decatur Lumber Co. and a member of St. Pauls Lutheran church.
He was born April 2, 1865 in Illinois. He was married Jan. 11, 1905 to Mamie W. Kossieck. He leaves his widow and one sister.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Dawson & Wykoff chapel at 2 pm Saturday. Burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 pm Thursday.
