Mrs. Nellie V. Berry, 836 Hancock, died Wednesday at Asbury Hospital.
She was born January 11, 1909 in Adams, Mass., and came to Salina 3 years ago from Pittsfield, Mass.
She was a member of the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church at Pittsfield.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Coyle, 836 Hancock, and Mrs Agnes Jensen, Rayville, Mo. 4 bothers, Anthony and Frank Maluda, both of Pittsfield, Albert Maluda, Georgetown, Ga.,and Joseph Maluda, Adams, Mass., 2 sisters, Mrs Caroline Radlowski, Pittsfield, and Mrs. Francis Sadlow, Adams, and 8 grandchildren. Her husband O.E. is dead.
The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Chapel Funeral Home, the Rev. John A. Wolesky officiating. Burial will be in St. Josephs cemetery in Pittsfield. Friends may call at the funeral home.

Mrs. Nellie (Maluda), 62, formerly of 299 Linden St. Pittsifield, widow of the late Obed E. Berry, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Francis Coyle (Dorothy) of Salina, Kansas, where she had made her home for the past three years.
Born in Adams she lived in Savoy and then in Pittsfield for 25 years, before moving to Kansas. While in Pittsfield she was a member of Holy Family Church.
She was the daughter of the late John (Jan) and Agnes (Bigda) Maluda.
Besides, Mrs. Coyle, she leaves another daughter, Mrs. Jacob (Louise)Jensen of Rayville, Mo., four brothers, Albert of Georgetown, Florida, Joseph of Adams, and Anthony and Frank Maluda of Pittsfield; two sisters, Mrs. Albert (Frances) Sadlow of Adams, and Mrs. Joseph (Caroline) Radlowski of Pittsfield; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services with a Liturgy of Christian Burial will be Saturday morning at 8:30 in Holy Family Church, Pittsfield. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Pittsfield.
Callin hours at the Bloniarz Funeral Home, Pittsfield are tomorrow, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
