Wilma Arleen Rippy, age 84, of Rye, AR. died Friday August 24, at JRMC in Pine Bluff, AR. Born October 25, 1922 in Van Buren Co., AR. she was a homemaker, member of the Latter Day Saint Church and the widow of Earl Nichols and Jessie Rippy. Also, preceding her in death was her father James Hillard Holley, Survivors 1 son Johnny Briney of Monticello, AR., 1 daughter Marilyn Braswell of Redding, CA. Her mother Minnie Holley of Rye, AR. 3 brothers Bill Holley of Hope, AR., Sam Holley and Jimmy Holley both of Rye, AR. 2 sisters Lois Calvert of Rison, AR., Mary Jane Ashcraft of Rye, AR. 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Monday August 27, Frazer's Chapel with President Chris Wright and Bro. Ronnie Carr officiating. Pianist was Wrenetta Carr. Burial was in Moseley Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Timothy Holley, Bobby Holley, Joey Holley, Scotty Ashcraft, David Garcia, Tim Forrest and Eric Campbell. Honorary pallbearers were Fred Kulbeth and Howard Calvert.
